Ferguson was a British company that built the P99, one of the first four-wheel-drive Formula 1 cars. It was entered at the 1961 British Grand Prix for Jack Fairman and Stirling Moss, and the car was disqualified from that race. Moss later won a non-championship race in the P99, making it the only four-wheel-drive car to win a Formula 1 race.
