Dennis Poore was a British driver who entered two Formula 1 Grands Prix in 1952 with a Connaught, taking fourth place at the 1952 British Grand Prix at Silverstone for three championship points. He raced in 2 championship events in total. Poore was a successful sports car and post-war racer, but he is perhaps better remembered as a businessman, later leading the Manganese Bronze group, which owned the Norton Villiers Triumph motorcycle business.
