Johnny Boyd

Boyd was an American racer who participated in the Indianapolis 500 nine times when it was part of the Formula 1 World Championship. His career spanned from 1950 to 1957, competing in a total of 6 championship races. Although he never secured a podium finish, his consistent presence at the Brickyard cemented his place in the era's grand prix history. Boyd's best finish was 16th in the 1950 Indianapolis 500.
