Rodger Ward

Paul Ward, often known simply as "Ward," competed in a single Formula 1 Grand Prix. His sole appearance came at the 1950 Indianapolis 500, a race that was part of the inaugural Formula 1 World Championship season. Driving a Kurtis Kraft-Offenhauser, he did not finish the event, retiring after 17 laps. While his Formula 1 career was brief and without championship points, Ward remains a participant in the sport's earliest history.
