Simtek
Simtek was a British Formula 1 constructor that competed for two seasons in 1994 and 1995. Founded by Nick Wirth and Max Mosley, the team faced significant financial challenges throughout its brief existence. Tragically, Simtek's 1994 season was overshadowed by the death of Roland Ratzenberger during qualifying for the San Marino Grand Prix, a profound loss that deeply affected the small outfit. Despite their struggles, Simtek managed to start 40 races, but never scored a championship point before ultimately withdrawing from Formula 1.
