Peter Collins
Peter Collins was a charismatic and highly regarded British racing driver whose career was tragically cut short. Known for his natural talent and smooth driving style, he quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a key figure in the dominant Ferrari team of the mid-1950s. Collins famously handed over his car to Juan Manuel Fangio during the 1956 Italian Grand Prix, a selfless act that helped Fangio secure the championship. He competed in 37 Grands Prix, achieving 3 wins and 9 podiums before his fatal accident at the 1958 German Grand Prix.
