Okayama International Circuit

Okayama International Circuit, originally known as TI Circuit Aida, briefly joined the Formula 1 calendar in the mid-1990s. Its twisty, technical layout, nestled in a rural setting, presented a stark contrast to the high-speed tracks common at the time. The circuit hosted the Pacific Grand Prix for 2 editions, in 1994 and 1995, memorable for their challenging conditions and unexpected outcomes. Despite its short F1 tenure, Okayama remains a revered circuit for its demanding character and place in a unique era of the sport.
