Race Notes
- Perez started from the box to change parts in a race where he had not a great starting position. He fought through the field and was voted driver of the day for it.
- While Schumacher tried to overtake Mazepin in the finish straight Mazepin quickly pulled over and damaged Mick's front wing. Mazepin already showed anger towards Schumacher in Q1 after overtaking him.
- While trying to overtake an Alfa, Vettel lost control and spun slightly. Bottas nearly crashed into Vettel who blocked the road.
