BAR
British American Racing, or BAR, emerged in 1999 with an ambitious vision, initially aiming to run two distinct liveries on their cars, a plan swiftly vetoed by the FIA. Despite considerable investment and a partnership with Honda that delivered powerful engines, true championship contention remained elusive. The team was notable for bringing Jacques Villeneuve back to top-tier F1 and later for Jenson Button's impressive development within their ranks. While they ultimately achieved no constructor titles, BAR contested 236 races, securing 15 podiums and 0 wins before being fully acquired by Honda at the end of 2005.
